The BLAST Paris Major 2023 is the ultimate Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Major tournament of the year, taking place in Paris from May 8 to 21. With a prize pool of over $1 million, this tournament is prestigious and attracts pros. It marks the 19th CS:GO Major and is the final one before the game’s pro esports scene transitions to Counter-Strike 2 later this summer. The first CS2 Major is already scheduled for early next year.

Featuring 24 teams from Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, who qualified through regional tournaments (RMRs), the Paris Major boasts a truly international line-up. While some teams have won previous Majors, many players and teams have never experienced the thrill of winning the biggest tournament in CS:GO.  

The top eight qualifiers, known as the Legends teams, consist of seven teams from Europe and one from the Americas, making for an exciting and diverse show.
